  They were delightful to deal with (imagine saying that about a contractor!) and kept us in the loop with expenditure, sharing spreadsheets, and advising on places we could cut costs. They finished nearly two months ahead of schedule, and allowed us to move in a few days before our closing. Just lovely people to deal with. Should also mention that his subs were so nice that when we went to check progress on the house one lunchtime, they offered to share their home cooked meals with us!
